FIT 50+

If you are looking at this page, we are assuming that you have probably worked hard most of your life, raised children and made sure that everyone else was looked after before yourself.

Does it not make sense to now set aside the time to start looking after yourself?

If you do not have the health, energy and zest to enjoy your life, your family, and holidays, that you have worked so hard for, what is it all worth?

You owe it to yourself, your partner, and your children to make this:

LIFE CHANGING DECISION NOW.

I FEEL LIKE I AM TOO OLD

We will ensure that your exercise program is safe and will monitor your progress safely.

We will never ask you to perform any exercise that is beyond your capabilities.

No matter what your age, you will certainly benefit from starting an exercise programme.

Now we aren't suggesting the film "Cocoon" here!! obviously you will not obtain the same level of fitness as a person 20 years your junior,

(although these days that may be debatable).... But we promise you this, the overall benefits are quite substantial.

As we age, we lose muscle mass, strength, flexibility, bone density, balance, reaction time, I could go on......

You would be amazed at how much energy, strength, flexibility and complete feeling of wellness a regular exercise programme can breath back into your life.

Exercising not only improves your health, but it transfers into real tangible everday activities which you otherwise would not have been able to partake in.

It can make your life one of such that others can only look at with envy.

HERE ARE BUT A FEW EXAMPLES

There is conclusive evidence that proves that resistance training substantially reduces the risk of osteoporosis, ensuring that an accidental fall is simply just a few grazes and not a life destroying event.

Regular cardiovascular exercise increases the size and strength of the heart and lungs, which would provide the stamina for you to play in the park with your grandchildren. You may however be wise to consider giving the skateboarding and the full tackle rugby a miss!!

Improved core, lower back and abdominal strength coupled with improved flexibility, substantially reduces the risk of lower back injuries. This means that bending down and picking up your grandchild for a hug is something you will be able to do without unnecessary pain.

REMEMBER: You are in your finest years, there could not be a more perfect time to embark on this LIFE CHANGING DECISION.
