We operate our business from a Personal Training Studio just on the border of Hove in the Lovely Setting of The Lady Bee Marina.

THE PERSONAL TRAINING STUDIO

 

As you can see from the photos, the Studio is well equiped. There is also massage facilities.

 

Only Personal Trainers and their clients train out of the studio, which works really well as many of our clients are a little gym shy.

 

We have trained from this location for many years and I can honestly say that one of the reasons that this Personal Training Studio works, has to do with the very comfortable and often amusing social environment.

 

Everybody gets to know one another and are pretty much there for the same reasons.

There is no gym membership, so no Johnny Bravos to make you feel uncomfortable.
